And just like that, osteogenesis happens!

If you’d told me last month that spending a mere 15 minutes a week under the careful eye of a trained health professional guiding me on the Osteostrong Spectrum equipment would improve my bone density, posture and balance, I’d have called you a dreamer. But, after five sessions, I’m a believer.
