And just like that, osteogenesis happens!

Paige TurnerBy Paige TurnerApril 27, 20222 Mins Read
Paige Turner, legs pumping and bones strengthening.

If you’d told me last month that spending a mere 15 minutes a week under the careful eye of a trained health professional guiding me on the Osteostrong Spectrum equipment would improve my bone density, posture and balance, I’d have called you a dreamer. But, after five sessions, I’m a believer.

Every week my workout is monitored using technology that reports my progress against the target where osteogenesis occurs. That’s where the magic happens and bone density strengthens. In just five weeks I have an 18% overall improvement score. The goal is to push 4.2 multiples of your body weight and I’m achieving 5.1 already, or 390kg! My posture and legs are a force to be reckoned with.

My reward at the end of each session is the hydro massage bed, a Nobel-prize-worthy invention. I lie down, program the intensity and speed of my massage, even what parts of me I most want kneaded. How considerate. Put the headphones on, close my eyes, lie back and relish the cybernetic rub down.

Finally, a lie down on the pulsed electro- magnetic field mat is a must, sending magnetic energy through my every cell, teaming up with my own natural magnetic field to improve healing. Voilá. I walk out of OsteoStrong energised, electro-magnified and with a fortified level of Paige Turner skeletal strength I thought I’d lost forever.
