Dr. Mindy Da, General Practitioner at South Steyne Medical

South Steyne Medical Centre is proud to welcome Dr Mindy Da, a dedicated and highly skilled General Practitioner with a warm, down-to-earth approach to patient care.

With special interests in Women’s Health, Mental Health, Sexual Health and Travel Medicine, Dr Da provides comprehensive care tailored to the diverse needs of families and individuals in the Manly community. Her women’s health expertise includes IUD insertions and removals, Implanon procedures, and menopause management, offering patients continuity of care throughout their healthcare journey.

Mental health is a significant focus of Dr Da’s practice. She has a particular interest in anxiety, depression, teenage mental health and gaming addiction, and is known for spending extra time building rapport – especially with young patients or those feeling vulnerable.

Dr Da is also experienced in managing common childhood illnesses, caring for “sick kids” with the thoroughness and reassurance every parent appreciates. In addition, patients preparing for travel can rely on her knowledge in travel health, as Dr Da will be providing services as part of South Steyne Medical Centre’s Travel Medicine Clinic.

Fluent in Mandarin, Dr Da offers accessible, culturally sensitive care for Mandarin-speaking patients and families. Outside the clinic, Dr Da likes to stay active – she keeps ornamental shrimp and fish, grows carnivorous plants, and enjoys painting and rock climbing. She also has two much-loved dogs who keep her busy at home.
