Stepping into Sarang Spa, nestled within the bustling corridors of Warringah Mall, feels like entering an oasis of tranquillity distinctly removed from the outside world’s chaos.

This isn’t just a visit; it’s a journey — one that promises rejuvenation and a celebration of self-care. Today, I had the pleasure of experiencing a series of treatments that promised not just to pamper but to transform: a Glycolic Peel followed by a Dead Sea detox and massage, a combination designed to invigorate both skin and soul.

The ambience of Sarang Spa is an immediate embrace of calm, with its soothing colours, soft lighting, and the gentle sound of flowing water. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create an environment that encourages relaxation and mindfulness.

With their warm welcomes and genuine smiles, the attentive staff further enhances this sanctuary’s allure, setting the stage for a bespoke spa experience.

My journey began with the Skin Peel Treatment, a 60-minute session tailored for someone like me, who battles with dull and blemished skin. The promise of a smoother complexion and a glowing effect was all the persuasion I needed. The treatment commenced with a double cleansing, preparing my skin for the Glycolic Peel.

Derived from sugarcane, the Glycolic molecule is tiny enough to delve deep beneath the skin’s surface, promoting new cell growth while improving hydration. As the peel worked its magic, I was enveloped in a sense of deep relaxation, a testament to the skilled hands and gentle reassurance of my aesthetician.

Following the peel, a modelling mask was applied, tailored to my skin’s needs, ensuring that the benefits of the Glycolic Peel were locked in. The LED light treatment that came next was a new experience for me, but the gentle warmth and the promise of enhanced collagen production and skin repair made it a highlight.

The meticulous application of eye cream, serum, moisturiser, and finishing touches left my skin feeling nourished like never before. Looking in the mirror, I could see an immediate transformation – my skin appeared brighter, felt smoother, and radiated a healthy glow.

The indulgence continued with the Dead Sea detox and massage. The Dry Exfoliation was an awakening of the senses, preparing my body for the rich minerals of the Dead Sea mud. Known for its therapeutic properties, the mud is a natural exfoliant, rich in minerals like magnesium, sodium, and potassium, which are essential for skin health.

The application of the mud felt like a warm embrace, its earthy scent grounding and calming. Wrapped in a cocoon, I was left to soak in the benefits of the mud, which promised not just to detoxify but to soothe muscle tension and improve skin elasticity.

The scalp massage during the cocoon phase was a blissful addition, easing away any lingering stress and enhancing the overall sense of well-being.

The subsequent 30-minute post-shower massage, using the mud’s residue as a natural moisturiser, was the perfect conclusion to the detox process. The skilled massage techniques employed ensured that every muscle was tended to, leaving me in a state of deep relaxation.

Emerging from Sarang Spa, I felt not just pampered but transformed. The combination of the Glycolic Peel and the Dead Sea detox and massage addressed not just the surface-level concerns of my skin but reached deeper, promoting healing and rejuvenation that I could feel from within.

The attentive care of the spa’s staff, coupled with their expertise, made this experience one that I would recommend without hesitation.

Sarang Spa, with its holistic approach to beauty and wellness, stands out as a sanctuary within Warringah Mall. It’s a reminder that amidst our busy lives, taking time to care for ourselves, to indulge in treatments that nurture both body and mind, is not just a luxury but a necessity.
