Dr. Caroline Rogers has lived and worked on the Northern Beaches for over 20 years, caring for generations of local families.
Originally from the UK, she studied at Cambridge University, before completing her medical degree at St. Bartholomews Hospital in London and beginning her career as a GP in England. After moving to Sydney in the early 2000s, she quickly established herself as a respected local doctor and has since held Clinical Director roles at two major local general practices.
Dr. Rogers has completed additional training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and is a member of the Australasian Menopause Society. She has a particular interest in menopause and perimenopause care. She is dedicated to helping women navigate this transition with confidence and clarity, combining evidence-based medical treatment with a compassionate, personalised approach. Whether through hormone therapy, lifestyle guidance, or other strategies for symptom relief, she focuses on improving quality of life and long-term wellbeing.
She also works with patients with weight management issues again using both lifestyle and medication together to achieve long lasting weight loss and health benefits.
Dr. Rogers has a strong interest in preventative and data-driven medicine, supporting early intervention to reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and osteoporosis.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Rogers loves ocean swimming, political satire, pilates and dragon boat racing. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her three children and embracing the relaxed, coastal lifestyle of the Northern Beaches.
